Will ADE mean adieu to COVID19-vaccines?

Ade is a version of the French friendly farewell  adieu but ADE is the acronym for the rather unfriendly  Antibody-Dependent Enhancement(ADE) and it's not a conspiracy theory.  Alas.

 It's an uncanny machanism of the immune system, which basically  means that  disease due to infection after vaccination is worse than disease caused by infection without prior vaccination, for some patients.  If the second infection is with a different variant of the virus than the variant/ wild-type  the vaccine is based on.

ADE was first discovered with dengue virus infections.

A reinfection with dengue virus makes the clinical symptoms worse and heightens the risk of devoloping severe dengue fever. So ADE is a immunological phenomenon which can even happen without vaccinations.

So the mRNA B-cell vaccine attack on the Mighty Corona may go either way. 

The game is still undecided.

 DON'T BELIEVE IN POLITICS. 

ACCEPT BIOLOGICAL REALITY.

"...two different ADE risks have possible implications for SARS-CoV-2 B-cell vaccines for subsets of populations based on age, cross-reactive antibodies, variabilities in antibody levels over time, and pregnancy. These models place increased emphasis on the importance of developing safe SARS-CoV-2 T-cell vaccines that are not dependent upon antibodies."¹

In a paper published October 28 2020 in the International Journal of Clinical Practice the authors came to this sobering conclusion:

"Based on the published literature, it should have been obvious to any skilled medical practitioner in 2019 that there is a significant risk to vaccine research subjects that they may experience severe disease once vaccinated, while they might only have experienced a mild, self-limited disease if not vaccinated"²

Back then this concerned only vaccine research subjects, but nowadays this pertains to all vaccinees.

16-year-old girl dies - Multiple blood clots in 17-year-old teenager

 A 17-year-old teenager, a healthy competitive basketball player from Corner Canyon (Utah) developed three blood clots, two of which inside his brain, after receiving his first shot of  an unnamed Covid vaccine, according to a report by ABC 4 news.  The blood clots were confirmed by CT-scan.

In Wisconsin a 16-year-old girl died after, developing blood clots after her 2nd vaccination, according to her father.

What many post-vaccination deaths and injuries

(severe side-effects) seem to boil down to is 

blood clotting / thrombosis.

This was also communicated to the European Medial Agency, the European FDA, in a letter by physicians and scientists on April 24, 2021.

 Während man ständig von den Coronatoten ließt, statt richtig zu formulieren: mit oder an Covid-19 verstorben, bleibe ich sachlich, und schreibe nicht von Impftoten, sondern von Verstorbenen in zeitlicher Nähe zur Impfung.

Laut OE24, welches wiederrum einen Bericht des Bundesantes für Sicherheit im Gesundheiswesen zitiert, gab es im Zeitraum 27.12.2020 bis 23.04.2021 bei 2,7 Millionen Impfungen  in Österreich 21.205 gemeldete Nebenwirkungsfälle, 82 davon tödlich. 

D.h. bei jeder 126. COVID-Impfung gab es eine Nebenwirkung die offiziell gemeldet wurde.

Von den 82 tödlichen Fällen fielen überraschenderweise 69 auf Pfizer/Biontech, 7 auf AstraZeneca und 6 auf Moderna. 

12773 Nebenwirkungsfälle gab es allein in der Altersklasse 18-44.

 Kann man bitte schon Kinder im Mutterleib impfen?  Man muss diese verdammten Virenschleudern noch am besten vor der Geburt niederimpfen,  damit sie nicht die Alten anstecken. 5 European kids dead after COVID vaccination, reports say

 

Up to now, there has never been a culture on this planet, that has risked the lives of their children to maybe save some of their elderly. But now it has arrived with the push for Covid-vaccination of children.

3 children/teenagers died in Europe (nonEU) shortly after being covid vaxxed, Report24.news reports.  Bear in mind the mass vaxxing of kids hasn't even started yet.  You can read and  download the case files at the bottom of the article. The case files, taken from the database of the European Medical Agency (EMA), are in English, the article itself is in German, though.

The title says "more" because in an article published on April 20 2021 it was reported that 2 kids had died and several others had suffered severe side-effects.

So in total 5 kids have died so far after getting a Covid vaccine.

I will update this article if factcheckers (REUTERS, AFP, or any other) make statements pertaining to this Report24.news article. My guesstimate is, that they won't.

I personally have urged CNN and The New York Times on facebook to factcheck this on May 4 2021. They have the resources to do so.

The other side of the 95% efficacy story

 One side of the story has already gone viral.

Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna reported the relative risk reduction of their vaccines. 95.1%  and 94.1%, respectively.

but the manufacturers and the media haven't reported the other side of the story yet.

Maybe the media will soon. We'll see.

The other side is called absolute risk reduction.

So every relative risk reduction(RRR) has a corresponding absolute risk reduction(ARR), calculated with the same set of numbers. So they could have published the ARR numbers. But they seemingly didn't want to confuse the public with the numbers for absolut risk reduction. 

Because the ARR for both vaccines arrive at about 1%. Compare that 1% ARR with the 95% RRR. They chose not to publish, not to confuse.

 "Absolute risk reduction (ARR) and relative risk reduction (RRR) are measures of treatment efficacy reported in randomized clinical trials. Because the ARR and RRR can be dramatically different in the same trial, it is necessary to include both measures when reporting efficacy outcomes to avoid outcome reporting bias."¹ 

Ron E. Brown from the University of Waterloo in Ontario,Canada calculated the ARR for both mRNA vaccines,and, after peer-review, published his findings. Here is the link to that paper:
